Barnaby and the Imaginary Bomb
Barnaby, Pip, and Spike were sitting in front of the TV with eyes wide with fear and excitement. They were watching a movie about heroes trying to defuse a bomb. Suddenly, they heard Barnaby's mother's footsteps, so they quickly changed the channel to a safe kids' channel called "Alpha-Fun."
When his mother entered, the friends pretended to be enjoying the educational show. After she left, they admitted to each other how scared they were by what they had watched. Just then, they noticed a strange box under the table, similar to the one in the movie! They cried out in terror, "It's a bomb!"
Influenced by the movie scenes, the friends began to imitate the heroes. Pip suddenly shouted and froze in place, saying, "Don't come near! I think I've stepped on a landmine!" Spike rushed to help him but tripped and fell, pretending his back was injured, just like a character in the movie.
Barnaby said with fake courage, "I have to take charge!" He carefully picked up the "bomb" box and ran with it towards the lake to throw it in the water, just as the movie's hero had done.
Barnaby threw the box into the water, where it made a small splash. But it didn't explode; instead, it floated on the surface. At that moment, Spike's aunt arrived and asked, "What are you doing? That's the tablet I sent as a gift for Spike!"
The friends looked at each other in shame and shock. Barnaby's mother scolded them for watching scary channels. They admitted their mistake and promised to only watch "Alpha-Fun" in the future, because it was fun, safe, and didn't give them nightmares.
Moral Values & Lessons
- Choosing Appropriate Content: It is important to watch shows and movies that are suitable for our age and do not cause us fear or anxiety.

- Honesty with Parents: Trying to hide things from parents often gets us into bigger trouble.
- Logical Thinking: Fear can make us act strangely, so we should try to think calmly before acting.
