Emma and the Magic Pen
In a small beautiful village, there lived a little girl named Emma. Emma was a hardworking student who loved school, but sometimes she felt frustrated when she saw her classmates getting better grades than her in tests.
On a bright sunny morning, while Emma was walking to school, she spotted something shiny sparkling under the sunlight among the fallen leaves. She approached curiously and found a golden pen decorated with small stars that twinkled with rainbow colors.
"Wow! What a beautiful pen!" Emma exclaimed as she picked it up carefully. Suddenly, she heard a gentle voice saying: "Hello Emma! I'm a magic pen, and I can grant you three wishes!"
Emma opened her eyes in amazement: "Are you really talking?" The pen replied: "Yes, dear! But remember, only three wishes, so choose wisely!"Emma thought for a moment and then said: "I want to get the highest grade on today's math test!" Suddenly, she felt a warm sensation in her head, as if all the information was flowing to her.
At school, the math test was very easy for Emma. She answered all the questions with amazing speed. When the teacher announced the results, Emma got a perfect score!
"Well done, Emma! You've improved so much!" the teacher said admiringly. Emma felt happy, but at the same time there was a strange feeling of discomfort.
The next day, Emma used her second wish: "I want to be the fastest in the running race!" And indeed, she won the race with incredible ease, but the strange feeling grew stronger.
In the evening, Emma sat in her room thinking. She looked at the new certificates and the gold medal, and asked herself: "Do I really deserve these awards?"
She took out the magic pen and said: "Magic pen, I feel like I'm deceiving everyone. These successes aren't real!"
The pen answered sadly: "You finally understand, Emma. Real success comes from hard work and perseverance, not from magic."
Emma thought about her last wish, then said firmly: "My final wish is for you to cancel all the magic I used, and for me to go back to learning everything the right way!"
The magic pen smiled: "This is the wisest wish I've ever heard! You've learned the important lesson." And with a gentle golden flash, the pen disappeared.
From that day forward, Emma began studying harder. Sometimes she got excellent grades, and sometimes ordinary ones, but she felt real pride in every achievement she earned with her own effort.
